COACH
The Warrior Factory Hamilton is looking for someone to join our amazing team as a Coach.

Comfortable with technology
As a Coach, your roles would include but not be limited to:
Supervising a floor of up to 40 Ninjas
Ensuring safety of all Ninjas and equipment
Offering tips, tricks, and information to Ninjas
Coaching smaller groups of Ninjas through specific techniques and obstacles
Assisting in our Competitions (reffing, resetting, camera work, introduction setup, line manager)
Assist our Front Desk with the check in process when needed
Ensure a clean facility by completing tasks from our task list
Front Desk Receptionist/Administrator
The Warrior Factory Hamilton is looking for someone to join our amazing team as a front desk receptionist/Administrator.
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly and approachable
Comfortable with basic technology
Comfortable with money/POS systems
Understanding of basic accounting
Comfortable handling customer needs (phone calls, emails, booking services, selling services/retail items)
Coachable
Strong leadership skills (these skills help maintain order and control at our front desk, especially during our busy times)
Willing to learn, improve, and help where needed
This is a key role amongst the business as we are a Customer driven service. In this role your responsibilities/duties will consist of but not limited to:
Check people in at the front desk for various programs (Open Play, Curriculum, Birthday Parties) and ensure waivers and payments is taken.
Sell products and/or services based on customer needs
Answer incoming phone calls and assist the person to the best of your ability (or transfer the call / take a message if it's an inquiry for something you are not equipped to assist with)
Answer incoming emails and assist the person to the best of your ability (or forward the email if it's an inquiry for something you are not equipped to assist with)
Assist the management team with administrative tasks (such as Google Sheet organization, service scheduling, etc)
Book and organize events ( Birthday parties, private bookings etc)
Provide an excellent experience for each and every person that enters the door
Ensure the cleanliness of the facility and assist with cleaning of the facility
Extra Bonus Points if you:
Have experience and/or knowledge of MindBody software
Are familiar with Google Sheets
Are familiar with Google Docs
