This class is designated to help Adults work on their inner ninja.  Our signature class where our Certified Coaches lead participants through a circuit of obstacles, teaching techniques to help participants improve speed, efficiency, and confidence. The first 30 minutes of class is dedicated to instruction and the last 30 minutes is an open play format where participants can practice the skills that they've learned. Ninja 60 is perfect for beginners looking to develop essential ninja skills!

This program is great for all you fun obstacle runners that want to learn a few tricks or activate some of the muscles you will be using for your big run.

Adult Open Gym offers a very wide range of full - size Ninja Warrior obstacles. Whether you are looking for the joy of trying something new or you are training to become the next American Ninja Warrior, we have multiple obstacles just for you! Open Play's may either be 60 or 90 minutes in duration, this may vary from class to class, week to week, month to month, so please see our schedule and make sure you look at the time carefully.

Come race against the clock on a real Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course! All abilities welcome.

Ninja Night is a FUN night with a real life competition feel. Open to all ages and skill levels. We set up a real Ninja Warrior Obstacle course and everyone gets to run the course. The course is changed for each division and skill level. We run the official score clock timer and put the leaderboard up on the TV’s.

Courses will vary from week to week with difficulty ranging from an easy to moderate level. Unstructured play on the obstacles to follow if time permits based on the number of participants and length of runs.

*A competitor's age will be based on their age as of January 1st, 2023 (as per WNL rules)

We encourage you to check-in early so you don't miss the course walk-through with rules and demonstration. Warm Up area available to all before their runs.

Each ninja will get 2 runs of the course.
Run order is randomized for each run.
Ninjas will receive a point for each clear of an obstacle and 0 points on obstacles failed per run.
Points are awarded for each obstacle cleared until the alloted time runs out
Ninjas total points (obstacles cleared) between the 2 runs will determine their place standing.
Points -Tie Breaker Rule:

1. Percentage of Obstacles cleared and Percentage of time used to clear obstacles
